Gowthami Killi

Gowthami Killi Recently completed her Master's in Health Informatics at University of North Texas after moving from India to the United States to pursue advanced education in Healthcare Technology. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, which provided her with a strong foundation in Biomedical, Drug Discovery and research.  Her academic and technical interests include health data analytics, Interoperability, Evidence based Research and role of AI in improving patient outcomes and healthcare systems.

Gowthami has experience working as a Research Trainee Intern in India, where she contributed to biotechnology laboratory research, literature reviews, data collection and research documentation. She has also worked on healthcare data analysis projects involving MEPS datasets, data visualization, and population health trends using tools such as Python, SQL, and Tableau. Her work aligns closely with BRITE Institute’s mission to create safe and responsible AI for healthcare by combining healthcare knowledge, research experience, and data analysis skills to support ethical, reliable, and patient-centered healthcare technologies.
