Do you love writing and want to use your voice to make the world safer, smarter, and more resilient? Are you looking to grow your portfolio while contributing to a safer and more stable healthcare for all of us?  BRITE Institute is looking for talented writers to help communicate our life-saving work—no experience required, just a passion for clear, impactful storytelling.

As a writer, you’ll be able to choose projects that fit your interests and schedule. From bringing research to life and uncovering untold stories to inspiring action from words - from blog posts and case studies to creative nonfiction and investigative features, you’ll have the chance to explore a wide range of projects based on your interests and strengths.

Requirements

Internships:

  • Strong written communication skills

Contributor:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Prior published work (e.g. blogs,

Coaches:

  • Interest in teaching and coaching upcoming volunteers
  • At least 5 years experience writing professionally
  • Freedom to choose projects as your schedule allows
